Île d’Arz

L'île d'Arz dans le Golfe du Morbihan copyright Simon BOURCIER-Morbihan Tourisme

Nestled in the Morbihan Gulf, the island of Arz has a mild climate, unspoilt nature and sheltered beaches.

Calm and green, the island of Arz, (pronounced “Ah”) belongs to the “Most Beautiful Bays in the World” list. It is ideal for water sports and swimming.

Discover the megalithic monuments of Pen Raz, Gréavo, Cape de Brouel Pennéro and the dolmens of Pen-Louis. Also: the Berno tide mill, the Church of Our Lady of the Nativity and Kernoel manor house.

You can discover Île d’Arz on foot, on the trails, or by bike – you can rent one on the island. There are 18 km of coastal footpaths to explore (with two routes to follow).
