The site of Kerlescan is the smallest and the most preserving of Carnac alignments. This field of menhirs is composed of 13 queues where 555 stones stand. A surrounding wall of 39 menhirs is located in the west end of the site. It is closed in the north by a long hillock (=mont of stones on a burial), marked by a high menhir of 3,7 metres high.
Le Petit Menec located in the town of “Trinité sur Mer” extends with his alignment the site of Kerlescan. It is constituted of a hundred of menhirs disposed on 8 queues. It is possible that it formed a group with Kerlescan.
